Unable to launch applications from a client computer that has Windows 95.
When you launch an application from a computer with Windows 95, you get the "Talking to Load Balancer" message, but the message disappears and no application is launched.
This happens because you need WS2_32.dll to launch applications and this dll is not installed with Windows 95. WS2_32.dll has a dependency on WS2help.dll; that should also be present on the computer.
Download WS2_32.dll and WS2help.dll from the Microsoft Web site or any other Web site. You can also upgrade the Internet Explorer.
