Some operations in Launch Pad when using Netscape Browser show “Data Missing” error.
The following error is displayed forcing you to click Reload.
This is due to the memory cache setting in Netscape.
Increase the memory cache setting in Netscape to prevent this error from recurring.
Launch the Netscape browser.
Select Edit>Preferences. The Preferences window appears.
In the left pane, expand Advanced, and select Cache.
In the Memory Cache field, enter a higher value.
Click OK.
